Georgi Georgiev is Of Counsel to PPG Lawyers and a lawyer with more than 20 years of in-depth experience in advising clients at the national and international level on issues of commercial and tax law nature. He is a prominent and recognisable expert. Most of the major projects he has successfully completed have not only been extremely complex in terms of applying the law but have also been of broad public interest, due to their scale and/or subject matter.

Georgi has advised one of the first telecom operators in Bulgaria on various matters of tax, telecommunications and commercial law. He was one of the team leaders of the Bulgarian lawyers working on the two consecutive transactions for the transfer of 100% of the shares of this telecom operator which at the time were the largest transactions for the respective calendar years.

For more than 10 years Georgi was a consultant to a high profile private investor on various commercial and administrative matters in Bulgaria and abroad.
