Radostina Uzunovа is a procurement consultant in PPG Lawyers. She graduated in finance at the University of National and World Economy, Bulgaria (Masters in Economics and Finance, 1998). She holds additional qualifications in the fields of M&As and joint ventures, as well as in all aspects of the new public procurement legal package and its implementation in Bulgaria. Radostina speaks English and German.
Over the past 10 years Radostina has built her expertise mainly in dealing with problems in the area of public procurement procedures, as well as the economic aspects of competition law in the country and its relation to the process of procurement. She consults both contracting authorities, in terms of preparing legitimate and non-discriminatory documentation for their specific procurement needs, and economic operators, on the organisation of tenders, compliance with regulations etc.
Radostina is author of publications in specialised journals focused on economic analysis used in competition law and predatory pricing. She is a frequent participant at professional seminars in the field of public procurement and competition law. Further, she deals with the conduct of training programs and sessions for customers of PPG Lawyers, who have particular needs for clarification of the more complex aspects of the application of the public procurement legal framework.
Radostina is an approved and registered external expert in the List of external experts to the Public Procurement Agency, Bulgaria, under No BE-1360.
